1. ICON Lacrosse high school program directors Josh Sims have nine major championship rings and over fifty years of lacrosse playing experience between them. Josh learned from family and coaches who lived lacrosse their whole lives in Maryland. The unique knowledge and experience Icon Lacrosse has for this game is UNMATCHED! Now we share this experience with the best high school players.
2. Over the last 20 years, our staff has made connections throughout the game. Our opinion is trusted by college coaches out there. College coaches call and ask ICON for their opinions on different high school players. ICON has the ties to help kids get recruited.
3. Sims was heavily recruited coming out of high school and was recruited by Princeton, Virginia, Johns Hopkins, Duke, Yale and North Carolina. We know know what the recruiting process is like and how to best go through it. ICON takes pride in being valuable role models and mentors to those players that are lucky enough to get recruited to play college lacrosse.
